A reservation is usually made in writing, by letter, fax or email. The exclusive basis of every reservation is the acceptance of the travel conditions in the current price list, which also replaces all previous publications.

To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 10% of the total price.

Please indicate your cash on delivery and the travel period.

The final invoice must be paid in cash, with an EC card or credit card (we accept all major credit cards) or by bank transfer before departure. Please enter a note with your surname and travel period.

Cancellation conditions / cancellation fees::

In case of cancellation after the reservation 10% of the total price.
30 to 8 days before arrival 50% and in the 7 days before the planned arrival 90% of the total price.
In case of official border or hotel closures, you can also cancel at short notice anyway, free of charge. In case you fall ill with Corona, are tested positive or have to be quarantined because of a sick relative,  we recommend Hotelstorno Plus or Premium from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which, among other things, covers these cases despite a pandemic.

Bookings are possible for 2 nights or more, but we would like to point out that a higher minimum stay can be stipulated during high season (Christmas and New Year’s Eve) and for events (Hahnenkamm races).

We would be happy to arrange a shuttle-service from the airport or train station.

Dogs are only allowed on request. Your dog will be charged € 15 per night. This price is exclusive feed and covers only a small part of the costs incurred by the thorough special final cleaning. If the apartment is heavily soiled by your dog, we will charge a one-time additional cleaning fee of at least € 100 (or up to the amount of the costs actually incurred by us). We kindly ask you to bring your own basket / blanket etc. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

For the well-being of everyone, our apartments are managed as non-smoking rooms.
You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on your terrace.
